Dave Eagle

Dave Eagle, real name Dāvis Ērglis, born on 1st October 1986 in Jūrmala where he spent his first years. He was linked to music from early childhood when his father played music with his big broad collection and day by day Dave Eagle was listening to dance music offered at that time. Some years later they moved to Tukums region where Dave Eagle got attached to music even more and composed his own music collection which was played at school events and discos of recreation centre, however due to school and moving back to Jūrmala this activity was left in the background. Understanding that love and ardour to music is inexpressibly big he started to play at different private events in addition to his school-time. In the course of time Dave Eagle received information about private music school opening – Rhythm Institute and Dave Eagle took an active part in it. He acquired a lot of knowledge from Aivars Apriķis (DJ AI-VA) about DJ work, mixing technique, and also theory which is of vital importance to a DJ. In due course he purchased his own equipment and actively mastered his DJ skills mixing music at home and giving joy to public in his native Jūrmala. In 2006 he received DJ school graduation certificate approved by the Ministry of Education. Dave Eagle received ever more offers to play at private parties and different events with participation of famous DJs until he was invited to reside in the bar “Citas Debesis” in Old Rīga. New contacts were obtained with change of public till event management association „HOUSEWORX” noticed his great playing skills, enthusiasm and ability to get the public move. As one of the founders of „HOUSEWORX” said: “His music is like an explosion able to fascinate everyone in the club!” Then invitation to play at “SENSATION WHITE VIP PREPARTY” followed. Whereas he was creating mixtape records and playing in different clubs, new referrals were received from club visitors and other DJs. After a large number of successfully pat events and performances in majority of Latvian clubs Kaspar Kondrat invited Dave Eagle to play also in the most developed dance venue in the Baltics – club Essential, where his set was broadcasted in European Hit Radio 104.3. The biggest event Dave Eagle has ever played at was “TERRA WINDA” which managed to gather 3 000 dancers. While playing Dave Eagle stress melodic, deep, thrilling progressive and electro sound. He does not play today’s hits but using his ability to recognise songs he plays material which will be popular later. At the moment Dave Eagle and Dmitriy Bamboviy are brought together by the association DIRTHOUSE which has already managed to prove itself to club visitors. He has played on one stage with such DJs as Greg Kobe / Robot Needs Oil (Butterfly Effect Records), AlDee (Club Essential), [Ex] Da Bass (Ilegal Dj Team Riga/European Hit Radio), Roberts Lejasmeijers (European Hit Radio), etc. Today Dave Eagle is actively working on his CD to be able to pass new and positive emotions to the audience in music track format in the near future.
